OUR PROCEDURE & ASSISTANCE

We believe every business transaction comes with a proper agreement & we value every signed agreement with our clients. How we work:

STEP 1

Make an inquiry by email. We will set up a meeting in person or via conference video call. Terms & conditions to purchase gold will be presented to you. If you feel confident with that we will move to step 2

STEP 2

Our company will sign an NDA (non-disclosure agreement) with you. Valid for a minimum of 12 months with roll extension based on the agreement between the buyer and the gold seller.

STEP 3.1

The agreement between client and Loyal Shield Inc LTD is to also mandate us to assist you successfully all the way with negotiation and purchase gold or invest in gold mine

STEP 3.2

Client will conver all travelling cost of Loyal Shield Inc LTD in case a visit is needed to the gold refinery mine, or client country means out of Hong Kong his base.

STEP 4.1

Client pays a commission fee negotiated with Loyal Shield Inc. LTD only after successful gold delivery and final assay report.

STEP 4.2

Client pays success fees to Loyal Shield Inc only if the agreement is signed between investors and mine owner. Client will pay a royalty fee negotiated for a duration of 5-8 years to Loyal Shield Inc LTD once the mine starts producing gold.
